UNI-CAT-CHUCK

The new UNI-CAT is the smartest and most “UNI-VERSATILE” rewinder/unwinder in the Labelmate product range ! With various core sizes, label widths, roll diameters and options to choose from, there is a rewinder/unwinder to fit any job you may have. The new UNI-CAT is the perfect companion for any colour-inkjet-printer and all industrial thermal transfer printers. The most important features are:

• Self-teaching to work as rewinder or unwinder.

• Supports back-feed process for colour inkjet & tension sensitive printers.

• Auto-Speed Adjustment to align with printer speed.

• Speed up to 1250 mm/sec to work with the fastest barcode printers available.

• Standard with paper guide for straight and tight label rolls, no flanges needed.

• CHUCK model comes with the Quick-Locking-Chuck in 76mm  x 170mm as standard (different diameters/lengths available).

The UNI-CAT-CHUCK handles labels up to 170 mm wide and will wind a roll of labels up to a 300 mm diameter.

Rugged, heavy-gauge steel construction allows your UNI-CAT Rewinder to be simply set in place. Special anti-slip feet keep the unit from moving.
