Machine is economical, self-contained, easy to operate, equipped with auto teach programming touch screen. Built in microchip storing different job settings makes changeover fast and easy. This automatic labeling system is ideal for slim cylindrical containers with diameters from 10mm to 25mm, such as ampoules.
The labeling mashine can automatically aply the label to the specified location of the bottle; batch number, production date can be printed at the same time. When the supply of bottles is finished, the control system ensures that the label is not fed, which prevents the waste of labels. It is possible to adjust the marking speed incrementally according to the production characteristics of each plant to ensure that this function can be used alone or in combination with other devices.
The machine can be applied to round bottles of various specifications, colors and materials, so this machine is widely used in medicine, food, light industry, beverage, daily chemical and other industries.
