Hot and Cold cutting

G3010B suitable for cutting all types of labels and equipped with both hot and cold cutting functions.

The device ensures high performance – with a maximum cutting speed of up to 600 pcs/min. Label length can be set very flexibly, and switching from one label type to another is simple and quick. Settings are easy to adjust.

Cold cutting is applied to nylon, polyester, paper, and sticker tapes, while hot cutting is used for satin, woven labels, and similar materials.

The machine is equipped with a Panasonic brand sensor, which accurately tracks marks, ensuring precise cutting and simple operation.

Cutting and feeding speeds are adjustable – with 6 speed levels conveniently set on the screen.

The control system offers three working modes: debugging, positioning, and fixed-length, along with a “waste label” mode. The new technology allows labels to be cut in various combinations effectively, improving efficiency and ensuring even higher product quality.
